I have heard various names for your company. Why is that?
Republic Services is a leading provider or solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal services. Our local divisions operate under a variety of names. But, regardless of the name, we are all operating under the same mission-provide our customers with service that exceeds their highest expectations.
When will you pick up my yard debris?
All yard waste to be collected must be prepared accordingly and placed to the curb for collection. Yard waste should be placed in your yard waste cart and placed at the curb on your collection day. What should I do if I forget my automated recycle pick up day since it goes every other week?
Our automated recycling pickup schedule is based on odd or even weeks of the month. Do you take large items and when?
When you call our office 24 hours in advance of your pickup day, we take heavy items on your normal trash pickup day (sometimes with a different vehicle). There is a nominal fee for the special pickup based on the type of item. Call our office to schedule a special pick up and to find out applicable charges.
How will I know if my service will be changing?
Don't worry. We will notify you by mail of any service changes. We will also attach a flyer to your new recycle cart upon arrival, reminding you of the change along with a recycling schedule calendar.
What if we have extra bags?
Please call our office 24 hours in advance to advise us of the extra trash. There will be an extra charge for additional bags of trash. Call us to find out the extra bag rate for your area.
What do you accept for curbside recycling?

Is my recycling material collected on the same day as the trash?
Depending on your service your recycling and yard debris may be collected weekly or bi-weekly on the same day as your garbage. Click here for Woodburn's yard debris and commingle recycling calendar. What time does the trash have to be out at the curb?
All refuse must be placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day.
Where do you provide services?
Allied Waste of Marion County provides services in Aumsville, Aurora, Gervais, Hubbard, Mount Angel, Scotts Mills, Silverton, Woodburn, Stayton, Sublimity, and portions of Clackamas and Marion counties.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, online bill pay is available for this division. Click here to pay your bill or call our office at (877) 981-1278 and we will send you an online bill pay application.
What do I need to do to start service or get a price quote?
Starting service is easy, simply call us today at (877) 981-1278 between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Our friendly customer service representatives will help you get your service started. Se habla español.

We acknowledge the following holidays to allow our employees to spend time with their families.
