expand I have heard various names for your company.  Why is that?
expand When will you pick up my yard debris?

All yard waste to be collected must be prepared accordingly and placed to the curb for collection. Yard waste should be placed in your yard waste cart and placed at the curb on your collection day. Tree limbs that are larger than 6 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length will not be collected.

expand What should I do if I forget my automated recycle pick up day since it goes every other week?
expand Do you take large items and when?

When you call our office 24 hours in advance of your pickup day, we take heavy items on your normal trash pickup day (sometimes with a different vehicle).  There is a nominal fee for the special pickup based on the type of item. Call our office to schedule a special pick up and to find out applicable charges.

expand How will I know if my service will be changing?
expand What if we have extra bags?

Please call our office 24 hours in advance to advise us of the extra trash.  There will be an extra charge for additional bags of trash.  Call us to find out the extra bag rate for your area.

expand What do you accept for curbside recycling?
expand Is my recycling material collected on the same day as the trash?

Depending on your service your recycling and yard debris may be collected weekly or bi-weekly on the same day as your garbage.
